These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hop3pl.com (the “Site”), operated by HOP Logistics (“HOP,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Informational purpose

The Site describes HOP’s services for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, a rate quotation, a service commitment, or logistics, legal, or financial advice. Freight and transportation services are provided only under separately executed agreements, and those agreements — not the Site — govern any services HOP performs.

Shipment tracking

The tracking feature retrieves status from our transportation management system for convenience. Tracking information is provided “as is” and may lag real-world events; it does not modify contractual delivery commitments or serve as official notice of any shipment event.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, probing or scraping the Site by automated means beyond ordinary search indexing, submitting false or misleading information through our forms, interfering with the Site’s operation, or using the tracking feature to query shipments you have no legitimate connection to.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, icons, and design — are the property of HOP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for ordinary personal or internal business viewing.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites and services (for example, LinkedIn or our TMS tracking portal). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. HOP’s total liability arising out of the use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and does not apply to services performed under separately executed agreements.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HOP harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
