HOP Logistics (“HOP,” “we,” “us”) operates hop3pl.com (the “Site”). This policy describes what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only — not to our freight services agreements, which are governed by their own terms.

Information we collect

Information you submit. When you use our contact form, case study request form, or otherwise reach out through the Site, we collect what you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, the nature of your inquiry, and any message content. When you use the shipment tracking page, the load number you enter is passed to our transportation management system to retrieve status.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) automatically processes standard technical data required to serve the Site, such as IP addresses and request logs. The Site does not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.

How we use information

We use information submitted through the Site to respond to your inquiry, provide requested materials (such as case studies), provide shipment status, communicate with you about our services, and operate, secure, and improve the Site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How information is shared

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc., our hosting and form-handling provider, and delivered to HOP. We may share information with service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted through the Site by emailing sales@hop3pl.com. Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and similar state laws), you may have additional rights regarding your personal information; we will honor verified requests as required by applicable law.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site, including transport encryption (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is a business-to-business service not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
